Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services. Project timelines, outcomes, and technical recommendations discussed during inquiries are illustrative unless confirmed in a signed agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, case studies, and software — is owned by Sky Insights or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

Ownership of deliverables created under a client engagement will be defined in the applicable client agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Sky Insights retains rights to its pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, and general know-how.

5. Confidentiality

We treat business inquiries and project discussions with care. Specific confidentiality obligations for client engagements are governed by applicable contracts and mutual non-disclosure agreements where executed.

6. Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or embed third-party tools (such as scheduling widgets). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
