The Situation

Bachmann Logi supplies warehouse staff across multiple client sites. Every day managers need to know: who showed up, how many hours they worked, how many units they handled (Kolli), who fell short of the hourly norm, who is on which shift, and where the financial side stands.

Before one system existed, that information lived in spreadsheets, phone calls, and separate files. The more warehouses they added, the harder it became to see one clear picture who works where, where the problem is, and what needs deciding today.

Daily Operations on One Screen

The overview shows every warehouse together: who is on site, how they perform against norm, what the daily target is, and where alerts sit. On the daily entry screen, data for a specific day and warehouse is recorded attendance, hours, units handled, and comparison to plan.

The employee database shows who is active, who is in onboarding, and whose profile is incomplete. The shift schedule covers early, late, and night shifts by week. On the performance screen, warehouses can be compared who meets the norm and where deviations appear.
